SERVICES / WEB APP & SAAS

Web application and SaaS development

We build web products that people can actually use: clear flows, a data model that supports the next release, and a delivery plan that separates the MVP from the platform.

Business problems we solve

An MVP that keeps expanding

Every stakeholder adds a feature, and the first release no longer answers a single question.

A prototype that cannot grow

The demo works, but permissions, billing, data volume and failure handling were never designed.

A product without a clear owner

Design, frontend, backend and operations are split across vendors, and no one owns the whole experience.

What we build

Web applications

Customer portals, internal tools and workflow products with clear roles and states.

SaaS foundations

Accounts, tenants, permissions, subscription state and the boundaries needed to grow.

MVP delivery

A narrow first release that tests the riskiest product assumption before expanding.

Product evolution

Incremental releases with analytics, feedback and a maintainable codebase.

What you receive

  • A product scope with explicit non-goals for the first release.
  • User flows and interface states, including empty, error and permission states.
  • A data model and API contract that support the next release.
  • Source code, tests and deployment documentation.
  • A launch checklist covering monitoring, backups and rollback.
  • A backlog with the next decisions, not only the next features.

A clear path from idea to delivery.

  1. Discover

Understand your users, constraints and goals.

  2. Define

Agree the scope, approach and success criteria.

  3. Build & verify

Develop in increments with visible progress and testing.

  4. Deliver & evolve

Release, document and plan what comes next.

Technical capabilities

Product engineering

Frontend, backend and integration work kept in one coherent architecture.

Multi-tenant design

Tenant boundaries, roles and data isolation decided before the first customer.

Billing and lifecycle

Subscription states, trials, cancellation and failure handling designed explicitly.

Measurement

Events that answer product questions without collecting unnecessary personal data.

How we work together

MVP first

Define the smallest release that tests the core assumption; defer the rest deliberately.

Design and engineering together

Interface decisions are checked against data and failure states before build.

Release with evidence

Launch criteria, monitoring and a rollback path are agreed before the first user arrives.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build only the MVP?

Yes. We define what the MVP must prove and what is intentionally excluded. The goal is a useful release, not a smaller version of everything.

Do you work with an existing product?

Yes, after a short technical review. We assess the codebase, the data model and the highest-risk areas before proposing a scope.

How do you handle multi-tenancy?

Tenant boundaries, roles and data isolation are design decisions, not an afterthought. We document the model and test the risky paths.

What about analytics?

We define the few events that answer product questions, keep personal data out of analytics and respect consent.

Who owns the product after launch?

You do. The repository, deployment access and documentation are set up so your team or another partner can continue.
